Women’s Self Defense Class

You may know the obvious red flags, however, we will educate you on some other ones that could save your life.
Our black belt instructor, Kellan Jenkins, will teach how to de-escalate, avoid certain situations, and self defense strategies to protect yourself. Then a short calming meditation with Serena Anderson.
After the class you will understand:
- Situational awareness
- Vulnerable attacks
- Basic self defense to prepare you for any unforeseen circumstances, and self-love connections
