Beyond the mental and emotional benefits, the Adults and Teen Martial Arts Session is an excellent way to improve physical fitness. Regardless of your current fitness level, our expert instructors will guide you through dynamic routines to help improve strength, agility, flexibility, and endurance. Martial arts offer a full-body workout, combining cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises in one.
Our black belt instructor, Kellan Jenkins, will teach how to de-escalate, avoid certain situations, and self defense strategies to protect yourself. Then a short calming meditation with Serena Anderson.
